These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and nas4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the nas4d website located at nas4d.org and all associated services, games, and features. These Terms apply to all activities carried out on the nas4d platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) participation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nas4d platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an account on the nas4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. nas4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age from any Member at any time.
• Residency: You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration. nas4d's services are directed at Indonesian residents and may not be available from other jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity : You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapable may not register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the nas4d platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or a third party's, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from nas4d or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of nas4d or its affiliated Game Providers are not eligible to hold a player account or place wagers on the platform.

To access nas4d's gaming products, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The information you provide during registration must be truthful, current, and complete. nas4d relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and the processing of financial transactions.

• Required Information: Registration requires a valid username, password, full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. All fields are mandatory.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nas4d will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, nas4d will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP, SIM, or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.
• Account Ownership: Your nas4d account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or grant access to your account to any third party. Winnings credited to your account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Accurate Updates: You must notify nas4d promptly if any of your registered details change. Outdated contact information may impair nas4d's ability to communicate important account or security notifications.

All financial transactions on the nas4d platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). nas4d supports deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to individual payment provider constraints.
• Deposits are credited to your nas4d Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. nas4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party bank or e-wallet processing times.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• nas4d does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nas4d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your nas4d account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) are typically processed within five minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. nas4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts.
• nas4d reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected. In such cases, nas4d will notify the Member of the delay within 24 hours.
• Funds subject to an active wagering requirement (arising from a Bonus acceptance) may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

nas4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published on the promotions page. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a prior bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding will result in the prior bonus being voided without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: nas4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Detection will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Balance without notice.
• VIP Programme: Members automatically accrue VIP points on qualifying wagers. VIP tier benefits, point redemption rates, and tier maintenance requirements are governed by the separate VIP Programme terms published on the platform.

nas4d offers a broad suite of gaming products including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows), slots from leading studios, and togel lottery markets. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Each game, market, and bet type carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. nas4d reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a technical error has demonstrably affected the integrity of the outcome. Void bets are refunded at stake value to the Member's Balance.
• Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by nas4d's server logs shall be considered the definitive source of truth. Results published by third-party Game Providers will also be referenced where applicable.
• Technical Errors: nas4d is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, or software errors on the Member's device. Where a demonstrable system error on nas4d's side has led to an incorrect outcome, nas4d reserves the right to reverse the relevant transactions.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, use of bots, automated betting software, or other prohibited means is strictly forbidden. Detection will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Currency: All wagers, winnings, and bonus calculations are denominated in IDR. nas4d does not accept wagers in any other currency.

nas4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal hardship. Members are encouraged to use the self-management tools available in their account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. A reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders or hard session cut-offs to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to pause or permanently cease their gaming activity may apply for a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years, or permanent self-exclusion, via the account settings or by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: The platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net gaming activity at intervals selected by the Member.

nas4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against nas4d through a bank or payment provider.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Systematic exploitation of software errors, promotional offers, or pricing errors.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other prohibited tools.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct directed at nas4d staff or other platform users.

Upon account closure for cause, nas4d reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Balance, including deposited funds, where the closure arises from a breach of these Terms. Where account closure is not attributable to Member wrongdoing, any verified Balance will be returned via the Member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC review.

All content on the nas4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nas4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nas4d content without prior written authorisation.
• The nas4d brand name and logo may not be used in any context — online or offline — without explicit written permission from nas4d's management team.
• Game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) is subject to those providers' own intellectual property protections and licence terms.
• Any unauthorised use of nas4d's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nas4d's total liability to any Member — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• nas4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
• nas4d makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times, though we commit to maintaining industry-standard security and 99.9% uptime targets.
• nas4d is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer play are final. nas4d accepts no liability for unfavourable gaming outcomes experienced by Members.

nas4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, nas4d collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, financial transaction processing, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences. nas4d does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by applicable regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations and then securely deleted.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which nas4d holds its operating licence. nas4d is a licensed and internationally regulated gaming platform operating under the standards of its licensing authority.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and nas4d that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by nas4d's licensing authority. nas4d's internal complaints procedure must be exhausted before any formal legal action is initiated.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as nas4d making any representation regarding the legality of online gaming under the domestic laws of any specific jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the nas4d platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their location.

nas4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nas4d will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, security, or regulatory compliance reasons.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at nas4d.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to initiate an account closure. Any Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
